Our client is a statutory accident insurance carrier with its seat in Frankfurt. We are seeking a personnel administrator on behalf of our client for the next available time, initially on a fixed-term basis.

Aufgaben

The Personnel Administrator (m/w/d) supports the HR department in all administrative and operational HR processes. The goal of this position is to ensure a smooth, timely processing of personnel administration from hiring to departure, thereby optimizing the operational business.

  • Personal Administration: Maintenance of digital and physical personnel records as well as processing of new hires and departures
  • Payroll Processing: Preparatory payroll and salary processing in collaboration with external service providers or internal payroll processing
  • Candidate Management: Support for publishing job postings, coordination of interviews, and management of candidate correspondence
  • Contract Law: Independent creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and attestations.
  • Time Recording & Absences: Administration of working hours and processing of leave and illness notifications

Qualification

  • SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial training program, ideally with further education in personnel management or comparable qualification
  • Experience: Relevant professional experience in personnel administration
  • Familiarity: In-depth knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and tax law
  • Software Skills: Proficient use of MS Office and HR software solutions
  • Soft Skills: High level of confidentiality, reliability, communication skills, and a structured work style

Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Responsibility: Correct and timely data maintenance as well as compliance with statutory provisions and data protection guidelines
  • Autority: Signature authority for standard certificates (e.g. employment certificates for authorities)
