Payroll Administrator (w/m/d)

Tasks

• Preliminary preparation and implementation of payroll processing taking into account tax, social security, and labor law regulations
• Support for management and employees on payroll-related questions
• Maintenance of personnel data and personnel movements
• Correspondence with authorities, social insurance providers, etc.
• Creation of statistics and reports
• Participation in notification and certification matters
• Active and engaged support for the team in daily business

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in the field of payroll processing
• Fundamental, up-to-date knowledge of social insurance and tax law as well as the applicable legal bases (Payroll Continuation Act, etc.) for payroll processing
• Experience working with a payroll software (preferably P&I LogaHR)
• Responsibility and reliable, self-reliant, and structured work style
• Safe and friendly demeanor as well as very good social skills
• Exceptional engagement and willingness to take on tasks
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• High affinity for numbers
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Pleasure in team-oriented work
