We are looking for a parental leave representative for our personnel department for at least 1 year and are therefore seeking an Parental Leave Representative Compensation Processing (m/w/d) with fundamental DATEV knowledge.

Tasks

• Self-contained performance of the monthly compensation processing with DATEV Lohn & Gehalt
• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data
• Processing of new hires, terminations, and changes in employment relationships
• Contact person for employees, authorities, and social insurance providers on matters related to compensation processing
• Performance of notification and certification procedures
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, tax offices, and other institutions
• Support during annual financial statement and audit work

Qualification

• At least a completed commercial vocational training (e.g. personnel management) ideally with further education in the field of compensation processing/ or payroll accounting
• Multiple years of experience in compensation and benefits processing desirable
• Secure user knowledge in DATEV Lohn und Gehalt
• Good knowledge of labor law, social security law, and tax law
• Structured, meticulous, and self-responsible working style
• High trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive data
