Personnel Officer / Salary Calculator (w/m/d) in an attractive company!

We are looking for a personnel officer/salary calculator (w/m/d) for a well-established and renowned company with approximately 500 employees based in Winnenden, Germany.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €65,000 per year here.

This full-time position is part of the personnel placement process. This means that you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• Your area of responsibility includes the topics of personnel (60-70%) and salary calculation (30-40%).
• You will, among other things, create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance reports.
• You will also monitor deadlines.
• You will prepare the salary and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including supplements (also for part-time employees), and arrange for payments to be made.
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for.
• You will advise management on labor law, tax law, and social insurance matters.
• You will also prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• You should have professional experience either in salary calculation or personnel management, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of these areas, you will be trained accordingly.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
