Personnel Officer / Salary Calculator (w/m/d) in an attractive company!

We are looking for a personnel officer/salary calculator (w/m/d) for a well-established and renowned company with approximately 500 employees located in the Winnenden area.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €65,000 per year here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means that you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

So, this is what your new job looks like!

• Your area of responsibility includes the themes of personnel (60-70%) and salary calculation (30-40%).
• You will also create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates.
• You will monitor deadlines as well.
• You will prepare the salaries and wage statements for approximately 500 employees, including allowances (also for part-time employees), and arrange for the transfers.
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a liaison to social security and pension insurance providers.
• You will be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for.
• You will advise management on labor, tax, and social insurance law matters.
• You will prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• You should have professional experience either in salary calculation or personnel management, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of these areas, we will train you in it.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
