PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATOR / SALARY CALCULATOR (W/M/D)

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, and they would like to keep you for many years.
Aufgaben
Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!
- Your area of responsibility includes the themes of Personnel (60-70%) and Salary Calculation (30-40%)
- Among other things, you will create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates
- You will also monitor deadlines
- You will create salary and wage calculations for the approximately 500 employees, including allowances (also for part-time employees), and arrange for the transfers
- You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for
- You will advise the management on labor, tax, and social insurance law matters
- You will also prepare monthly statistics.
Qualifikation
This is what you bring:
- Good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
- You have some experience in salary calculation. You will be trained in the further tasks from the personnel department if you do not have experience in this area
- You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
- We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you have a liking for nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who is eager to further develop professionally
