Personnel Administrator / Salary Calculator (w/m/d) for an attractive employer!

• Your area of responsibility includes the themes of Personnel (60-70%) and Salary Calculation (30-40%)
• Among other things, you will create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates
• You will also monitor deadlines
• You will create salary and wage calculations for the approximately 500 employees, including allowances (also for part-time employees), and arrange for the transfers
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for
• You will advise the management on labor, tax, and social security law matters
• Finally, you will create monthly statistics.

Qualification

• A good mood, a desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have first-hand experience in salary calculation. You will be introduced to the further tasks from the personnel department if you do not have experience in this area
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you have a desire for nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who is eager to further develop professionally
