We are looking for a personnel officer/salary calculator (m/f/d) for tasks from personal & salary calculation!

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to keep for many years.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• Your area of responsibility includes personal (60-70%) and salary calculation (30-40%) topics.
• You will, among other things, create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates.
• You will also monitor deadlines.
• You will prepare the salaries and wages for approximately 500 employees, including small-scale employees, and arrange for payments.
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for.
• You will advise management on labor law, tax law, and social insurance matters.
• You will also prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• A good mood, a desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have some experience in salary calculation. You will be trained further in the tasks from the personal department if you do not have any experience here.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• We would rather dispense with the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop their expertise.
