Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Care for our employees, trainees, and executives in all personnel-related matters
• Drafting employment contracts, certificates, transcripts, and other personal documents
• Support in recruiting – from job posting to successful onboarding
• Organization and maintenance of the applicant management
• Participation in exciting HR projects as well as the further development of our personnel processes
• Maintenance of digital and analog personnel files
• General administrative tasks in the personnel department

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First experiences in the personnel department are advantageous – motivated lateral entrants welcome
• Pleasure in working with people
• Self-contained, structured, and meticulous work style
• Responsibility and discretion
• Teamwork and organizational skills
• Safe handling of MS Office
