The Limbach Nord GmbH (MVZ Labor Limbach) in Lehrte was founded in 1997 and is an accredited diagnostic laboratory. As a member of the Limbach Group, we provide various laboratory services for more than 300 practicing physicians and medical professionals from all specialties as well as clinics in the Lower Saxony region. This includes laboratory medicine, microbiology, and hospital hygiene activities, as well as professional consulting.

Aufgaben

• You are the point of contact for employees and management staff in all personnel-related matters.
• The maintenance of the time-tracking system and the prior preparation of payroll accounting also fall within your scope of duties.
• You are responsible, along with others, for the creation and review of contracts, certificates, and attestations.
• You will support the better management.
• In addition to our branch in Lehrte, you will also be responsible for our location in Hannover.
• You will also be active at the outlying stations in Peine, Celle, and Hanover Münden at regular intervals.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a training or degree program in the field of personnel management, psychology, economics, or a related area.
• You bring at least two years of professional experience in the personal/HR context.
• You are flexible and willing to work hourly at various locations.
• You possess a driver's license (Class B).
• You act as a team player and have high communication and consulting skills.
• It would be ideal if you had good knowledge of labor law.
