The Karl-Schubert School is a Waldorf school with kindergarten for children and young people in need of soul care and works on the basis of Waldorf pedagogy and anthroposophical special education. It is a state-recognized special educational institution SBBZ with the focus area of intellectual development.

To support the administration team of the Karl-Schubert School in Stuttgart-Degerloch, we are looking for a *Parental Leave Representative (m/w/d) in part-time (60%-80%) as parental leave cover initially for 1 year

Personal Referent*in (m/w/d) in part-time (60%-80%)

Tasks

• Counseling and advising of executives and employees on all personnel-related matters
• Implementation of the entire recruitment process
• Drafting of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and attestations
• Counseling of employees from application to departure
• Processing of monthly salary payments in collaboration with the external accounting office
• Administration of personnel data, personnel files, and time recording
• Support in labor law matters

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a training program or study with a focus on personnel, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in personnel management
• Good knowledge of labor law and secure handling of common MS-Office applications
• Structured and self-reliant working style
• A high level of responsibility, discretion, and team spirit
• Excellent communication skills
