DateYork is part of P&W Love Events GmbH and has been bringing people together in real life since 2011. We organize speed dating events as well as, under our brand You and Mee, modern single parties, walks, and special event formats in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What sets us apart: We are a growing, modern event company with short decision-making processes, a lot of personal responsibility, and always new projects. Here, you don't just process HR tasks – you help ensure that special events and real encounters take place in numerous cities.

Tasks

Here, you don't just manage personnel – you ensure that our events happen and that the right people are on site.

• You find and recruit new moderators, event guides, and event staff for our events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• You conduct job interviews by phone, get to know different people, and quickly develop a feel for who truly fits with us.

• You independently manage personnel planning for our events – from the initial inquiry to the final staffing.

• You stay on top of things: You make phone calls, write emails, follow up, and ensure that open positions do not remain open.

• If someone cancels at short notice, you don't wait for a solution – you find one.

• You support our existing event staff, coordinate assignments, and ensure that everyone receives all important information and briefings in a timely manner.

• You continuously expand our personnel pool so that we can quickly draw on good and reliable people, even in new cities.

• You take responsibility for staffing our larger You and Mee events – from our regular formats to highlights like Halloween and New Year's Eve.

Qualifications

For us, it's not the perfect CV that counts, but your attitude: You enjoy working, take responsibility, and want to achieve something.

• You have excellent command of German, both written and spoken, and independently formulate professional, friendly emails.

• You enjoy making phone calls and approach different people openly, sympathetically, and confidently.

• You are absolutely reliable and committed. When you take something on, we can count on it being done.

• You work independently, think proactively, and actively look for solutions to problems instead of waiting for the next instruction.

• You work quickly and with focus, stay on top of things, and strive to truly complete your tasks.

• You are well-organized and can keep track of multiple events, cities, and contacts.

• You have a good sense for people and can assess who is reliable and fits our events.

• You are digitally savvy and quickly learn new tools and processes.

• Experience in recruiting, HR, event management, customer service, or sales is an advantage – but not a requirement.

What ultimately counts for us: You are someone who can be relied upon, who not only takes on responsibility but truly carries it, and who is eager to build something together with us.

Benefits

• 100% Remote and location-independent: Work where you are most productive. Generally, working from abroad is also possible by agreement.

• A fixed 3-day week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, each from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

• €17 gross per hour for 18 hours per week.
