Tasks

• In this position, you are not only an administrator but a shaper. You bring structure to our personnel work and build modern processes independently.
• You find the right talents for our teams. In doing so, you use the right social media channels and actively build our presence there.
• You create legally secure employment contracts, amendments, and certificates and keep the underlying labor law principles in mind.
• You bring order to personnel files and develop standards for onboarding and daily administration.
• You are the trusted interface for our 80 colleagues and management team in all personnel matters.

Qualification

• You have at least 2 years of work experience in a personnel department and know HR processes from A to Z.
• You are fit in contract creation and have a solid foundation in labor law.
• Social media is not new territory for you – you know how to present us as an employer authentically.
