Your Tasks

Comprehensive HR management, including:

• HR administration
• Preliminary preparation of salary and wage statements, communication with the tax office, SV providers, and occupational accident insurance etc.
• Drafting contracts and certificates, conducting labor law measures
• Counseling and guidance for employees; personnel development
• Analyses and statistics, personnel planning

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in HR and knowledge of labor and social insurance law
• Experience with construction wages and in the construction sector is advantageous but not a must
• Social competence and high communicative skills
• Reliability, discretion, and loyalty
• Excellent German language skills
