HR Representative (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Comprehensive personnel management, including
• Personnel administration
• Preliminary preparation of salary and wage statements, communication with tax office, SV providers, occupational health insurance etc.
• Drafting of contracts and certificates, implementation of labor law measures
• Counseling and guidance of employees; personnel development
• Analyses and statistics, personnel demand planning

Qualification

• Experience with construction wages and in the construction sector is advantageous but not a must
• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in HR and knowledge of labor and social insurance law
• Social competence and high communicative skills
• Reliability, discretion, and loyalty
• Excellent German language skills
