Aufgaben

• Take over our operational personnel management: Contracts, digital files, master data, deadlines, and on- and offboarding including template and document maintenance.
• Steer our payroll processes: Data maintenance, external accounting coordination, taxes and notifications processing, benefits, and vehicle topics correctly representing.
• Become the central key figure: Support our management in recruiting (scheduling, pre-selection, communication) and accompany our executives in assembling their teams.
• Set new processes and tools: Modernize our HR workflows with your ideas, use AI to simplify work steps, and implement digital solutions that save time and automate routines.

Qualifikation

• You possess a completed commercial education/study with a focus on personnel or another comparable career path.
• You have several years of professional experience in the personnel department. Ideally, you have gained this experience in a manufacturing company.
• You are digitally inclined and eager to rethink processes and structures (e.g., using AI).
