You want to take responsibility in the personnel department, shape processes, and professionally accompany employees and management staff? As Personalreferent:in (m/w/d) in parental leave representation - befristet auf zwei Jahre - you will support our HR team along the entire employee lifecycle and develop yourself step by step into an independent point of contact for personnel economic issues.

Aufgaben

What awaits you

• Recruiting & Personalplanung: Support in personal acquisition, accompaniment of selection processes, and participation in personnel planning.
• Personalbetreuung: Support in employee care, maintenance of master data, and processing of individual inquiries in close coordination with the team.
• Personalcontrolling & Gremienarbeit: Participation in personal controlling tasks and support in internal working groups.
• Entgeltumstellung: Support in system conversion of our remuneration accounting system to SAP.
• Personalentwicklung: Organization and administrative accompaniment of personnel development measures.
• Arbeits- & Personalrecht: Support in labor and personal law issues for employees and management staff, as well as professional support for the personnel department.
• Kommunikation & Sonderaufgaben: Professional written and oral communication with internal and external partners, as well as taking on tasks and projects under guidance.

Qualifikation

What we wish for

• Qualification: Completed university degree or training in a relevant field with a focus on personnel management/organization or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: First relevant professional experience in the personnel department.
• Fachkenntnisse: Basic knowledge of personnel management and interest in labor law issues.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Secure German language skills in writing and speaking.
• IT-Kompetenz: Safe handling of the installed IT applications, especially MS Office 365. Experience with SAP is also an advantage.
