HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist (m/w/d) with a clear focus on operational HR at the location. The role will independently manage one or more business areas and ensure the smooth implementation of all HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle.

The focus lies on direct cooperation with management and the implementation of HR measures in daily business.

Tasks

Operative HR Management

• Point of contact for management and employees in all operational HR matters
• Consultation in daily business on personnel-related issues
• Tight coordination with HR Business Partners and central HR functions

Recruiting

• Control of the entire recruiting process
• Creation and coordination of job descriptions
• Coordination and conduct of interviews
• Communication with candidates
• Creation of job offers
• Ensuring compliance and internal processes

Employee Lifecycle

• Implementation of all personnel measures, including:
• Salary adjustments
• Promotions
• Changes to employment contracts
• Changes to personnel data
• Creation of contracts, certificates, and HR documents

Onboarding

• Organization and conduct of the onboarding process
• Preliminary preparation of all entry documents
• Conduct of introductions and coordination of mandatory training
• Maintenance of HR systems

Time Management & Administration

• Management of time management and support in inquiries
• Maintenance of personnel data and HR systems
• Ensuring correct data processing

Benefits & Payroll Interface

• Administration of benefits according to company guidelines
• Point of contact for employees on questions about remuneration and additional benefits
• Interface to payroll and external service providers

Collaboration & Interfaces

• Tight collaboration with:
• HR Business Partners
• HR Operations / Shared Services
• Payroll and HRIS
• Finance
• Collaboration with the Works Council (if relevant)

Qualification

Several years of experience in operational HR (Generalist or comparable)

Experience along the entire employee lifecycle

Good knowledge of labor law fundamentals

Structured and independent working style

Safe handling of HR systems

Communication strength in dealing with management
