HR Manager / Personal Manager (m/f/d)

Hero is the largest provider in Scandinavia in the field of accommodation and support, interpreter services, and qualification for recognized refugees, individuals with subsidiary protection status, and asylum seekers. Since 2017, we have also been offering our services in Germany through Hero Zukunft GmbH and Hero Services gGmbH. In line with our motto 'Making a New Future Possible,' we support our residents in currently 23 accommodations with all the challenges of the integration process, actively promoting self-responsibility and independence. We provide guidance through social work and support, mediate medical needs, advise on qualification and entry into the job market, and also support engagement and networking with the neighborhood.

For our HR department, we are seeking an experienced individual who not only accompanies HR processes but actively shapes them. You will work closely with the Head of HR and take responsibility for a variety of HR topics in a dynamic and growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise managers and employees on all personnel-related issues
• Independently conduct recruiting processes from job advertisement to hiring
• Create employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other HR documents
• Handle labor law issues and individual personnel measures
• Participate in personnel development and organizational projects
• Optimize and digitize our HR processes
• Contribute to the further development of our HR systems and digital work processes
• Support the introduction of new locations and projects
• Actively participate in strategic HR topics

Qualifications

• Completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or Law, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Human Resources
• Good knowledge of German labor law
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Enjoy taking responsibility and driving things forward
• High communication and consulting skills
• Proficient in using digital tools and HR systems
• Interest and enjoyment in a diverse working day
