Welcome to IGS Management GmbH!
As a central service provider within our corporate group, we support various subsidiaries – from outpatient care services to educational and consulting institutes. For our team, we are looking for a dedicated employee in the HR department on a part-time basis (25-30 hours possible), starting immediately.
Do you have a commercial apprenticeship as an HR Officer and initial experience in HR or payroll? Then we look forward to getting to know you!
Responsibilities
- Support in the preparation and control of payroll and salary calculations
- Maintenance of payroll-relevant data in the system
- General administrative tasks in the area of personnel administration
- Documentation and filing of payroll documents
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Contract creation
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Initial professional experience in payroll, HR, or accounting
- Meticulous and discreet way of working
- Proficient in digital tools and Office applications
- Reliability, teamwork skills, and a friendly demeanor
