HR Representative (w/m/d) E-Mobility in Dresden

We develop high-innovative electric motors for customers from various industries such as aerospace, motorsport, and industry. As a growing company, we are expanding our HR team and are looking for an HR Representative (w/m/d), who will take over their own area of responsibility and develop our HR structures.

Tasks

• Independent mentoring of a specific employee circle throughout the entire employee life cycle
• Implementation of all operational personnel processes, including contracts, certifications, and changes
• Counseling for executives and employees in labor law questions
• Support in recruiting, including interviews and onboarding processes
• Preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, statistics, and evaluations
• Participation in personnel development measures and internal HR projects
• Co-shaping and digitalization of HR processes

Qualification

• Economic education with a focus on personnel management or comparable qualification, such as industrial clerk, personnel clerk, or business administrator
• Multiple years of experience in human resources
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Structured, service-oriented, and responsible working style
• High communication skills and discretion
