Personal Referent - Focus Recruiting (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You recruit professionals and executives for highly specialized positions – mainly for Germany, but also in other countries where we operate
• You use modern methods of personnel recruitment with a focus on Active Sourcing
• You are familiar with relevant platforms and software solutions in recruiting; it is important to you to develop recruiting processes in line with the times and target-group-oriented
• You work closely with department heads in Germany and especially China in the selection process
• You build a network of qualified candidates and maintain this

Qualification

• Professional experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on Active Sourcing
• Fundamental knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools
• Safe handling of relevant platforms and software solutions
• German on a native language level
• Very good English skills in writing and speaking
• Chinese language skills are an advantage
• Communication strength, self-initiative and structured working method
• Affinity to social media and technical interest
