Personal Referent Personal Development (m/w/d) - Full-time | Munich

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as a "Personal Referent Personal Development & Ausbildungsmanagement (m/w/d)".

Tasks

• You will mentor junior staff members in professional, organizational, and personal matters during their training or study period.
• As a contact person, you will conduct training-related conversations and support the individual development of junior staff members.
• In addition, you will take on administrative tasks in training management and ensure a smooth process.
• You will also work closely with internal departments to select candidates and support the hiring process.
• Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal departments and support the development of junior staff members.

Qualification

• The foundation is a completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or Law, alternatively an apprenticeship with further education to Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) or Personalfachwirt (m/w/d).
• You may bring experience as a Personal Referent (m/w/d), HR Generalist (m/w/d), Training Coordinator (m/w/d) or Development Officer (m/w/d).
• You have experience in mentoring junior staff members, trainees, or dual students and ideally in the training or university field.
• In addition, knowledge of administrative HR processes and a secure handling of common MS-Office applications are desirable.
• Important are communication skills, self-initiative, organizational skills, and a self-employed and structured working style.
