Tasks

• Comprehensive responsibility for a broad range of personal administrative processes, from hiring to departure of employees (e.g. creating employment contracts and certificates, managing personnel files, time recording, salary and wage calculations)
• Counseling and guidance of specialists and management staff as well as employees on all personal and labor law-related issues
• Active recruitment of new employees, from job posting to qualified selection and onboarding support
• Increasing employee satisfaction and loyalty through the conception and implementation of internal personnel projects
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and defined personnel processes, as well as contributing to continuous process improvement
• Support in preparing monthly and annual accounts, analyzing personnel key figures, and creating statistics and reports

Qualification

• You have completed a successful commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in human resources management or administration
• You bring several years of relevant experience in personnel management, preferably in a comparable position
• You have knowledge of labor law, social security and tax laws
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with employees and management staff
• You show daily initiative and joy in dealing with people as an engaged team player
• You handle sensitive data with care, discretion, and a sense of responsibility
• You are confident in using DATEV and common MS-Office applications
