Personalreferent (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Employee Relation (1773)

Tasks

• In this important role, you will take care of the support and independent counseling of employees in a defined area across the entire scope of personnel work as well as comprehensive support for personnel management in daily business.
• Your versatility will be demonstrated in the independent preparation, creation, and monitoring of all personnel-related processes, such as contract extensions and changes, as well as labor union hearings.
• The leadership of incoming correspondence with employees is also in your competent hands.
• You are also responsible for the independent administrative processing of hiring and termination procedures including certificate issuance and maintenance of personal records and files. You will help develop processes in our HR software Abacus.
• Support in preparing and analyzing personnel statistics (controlling).

Qualification

• You have a commercial education, ideally with further training as a personnel management specialist (m/w/d), successfully completed.
• You feel secure in labor law and know how to apply this knowledge practically.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in personnel work.
• You work structured and independently and are characterized by an absolutely trustworthy personality.
• You are communication-strong, understand yourself as a service provider (m/w/d) for our employees and appreciate working in a team.
• You are familiar with MS Office; knowledge of handling the HR software Abacus is a welcome plus.
