Your areas of responsibility Support for employees in all personnel-related matters Processing of personnel processes from entry to exit Assistance with personnel selection Participation in the organization of personnel development measures Involvement in HR projects Preparation of payroll and salary statements. Your profile You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on personnel management or have several years of professional experience in personnel management. Sound knowledge of labor and social security law is desirable. A self-reliant, structured way of working combined with good teamwork skills are a matter of course for you. You enjoy working with people and are an organizational talent. P&I LOGA knowledge is an advantage.
