Around 80 people work at KITO on safety valves for explosion protection. Our products are used in tank farms, pipeline systems, biogas plants, and hydrogen applications, among others, and make an important contribution: they protect people and systems from fires and explosions.

Solutions are created by people. That's why we want to further develop our HR work and build an HR department that is close to employees and supports KITO's growth.

You don't just want to do HR work within existing structures, but also build and shape it yourself. Recruiting remains an important part of your work. At the same time, you will gradually take on more HR topics.

Responsibilities

Recruiting and Workforce Planning

• You will further develop workforce planning together with management and executives, identify future needs, and derive requirements, priorities, and recruiting channels from them.
• You will manage operative recruiting from job development, applicant communication, and interviews to selection and onboarding.
• You will decide which channels and methods best reach the respective target groups, and continuously develop approaches and measures.

Employee Support and Development

• You are the central point of contact for employees, address their concerns, independently handle their resolution, and ensure follow-up on topics.
• You identify where employees want or should develop further, initiate suitable training, and pragmatically refine existing instruments.

Consulting and HR Development

• You will help build the HR department at KITO, contribute your own ideas, create sustainable structures and standards, and drive simple, digital solutions for HR work.
• You will advise management and executives on HR matters, assess situations, present options for action, and provide clear recommendations.

Culture and Collaboration

• You will foster appreciation and trust in everyday work, promote an open and constructive approach to errors, and make good work visible.

Qualifications

• You have a completed university degree with an HR or personnel-related focus.
• You have at least two years of practical recruiting experience, ideally in the commercial or manufacturing sector.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner, take responsibility, and can manage multiple topics concurrently.
• In conversations, you are clear and communicate at eye level, strike the right tone with different people, and remain composed even in difficult situations.
• Pragmatic, opinionated, and solution-oriented, you remain clear and capable of action even when facing resistance.
• You are curious and eager to learn, and are open to new approaches, digital tools, and AI.

Salary Matching Your Experience: You will work 40 hours per week and earn between 48,000 and 55,000 Euros gross per year, depending on your experience and skills.

Time for Work and Life: You will have 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and the option to work remotely after consultation.
