Tasks

• Counselling and advising employees on personnel-related matters
• Recruiting new employees and managing an existing team of employees
• Creating job profiles, placing advertisements, using all recruitment tools
• General tasks in the field of personnel administration

Qualification

• A completed degree with a relevant major or comparable qualification, for example, human resources management
• Multiple years of work experience as a personal referent or in the field of personnel management, desirable
• Familiarity with German and good English skills are advantageous
• Good communication skills, confident demeanor
• A structured and goal-oriented working style
• You stand out due to your ability to handle stress and willingness to take on tasks
