Personal Referent (m/w/d)

We are looking to strengthen our team in Brandenburg an der Havel by hiring a Personal Referent (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Point of contact for employees and management staff in all personnel-related matters.
• Creation of employment contracts, termination notices, certificates, etc.
• Preliminary preparation of job postings.
• Breeder management.
• Participation in the selection process and conducting interviews.
• Organization of occupational health services.
• Maintenance of time-tracking systems and recruitment modules.
• Management of personnel files.
• Assistance with preparing salary statements.
• Point of contact for external institutions and authorities.

Qualification

• A successful completed commercial training or a completed degree (ideally with a focus on personnel) or a comparable qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in human resources is required.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with personnel management software.
• Good knowledge of the English language and labor law is an advantage.
• A self-reliant and independent work style, as well as communication and team skills.
• Loyalty, discretion, and reliability.
