Tasks

• Control and implementation of entries, exits, and contract changes
• Preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, additional agreements, and documents
• Preparation of work certificates, warnings, and certifications
• Care for special cases (e.g. parental leave, pregnancy, residence permits)
• Further development and standardization of HR processes
• Maintenance and optimization of HR systems
• Care for apprentices and interns
• Participation in HR projects (e.g. digitalization, processes, guidelines)

Qualification

• Completed studies or training with further education in the field of Personnel / HR
• Multiple years of professional experience in personnel management
• Experience with HR systems
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and communication strength
• Sovereign handling of sensitive topics
• Interest in process improvement and digitalization
