Personal Referent (m/w/d)

We are looking for an expanding, internationally active company in its 2nd generation with headquarters in Winterbach with over 70 employees in Germany, Turkey, USA, and China and a broad portfolio for the industries of Formenbau, Spritzereien, and Maschinenbau to strengthen our team with a Personal Referent (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time.

Tasks

+ Counseling and advising of executives and employees on personal matters
+ Steering and accompanying the entire recruitment process
+ Creating employment contracts, certificates, and attestations
+ Contributing to the further development of HR processes and systems
+ Collaboration with external partners
+ Maintenance and administration of personnel files and master data

Qualification

If we have piqued your interest and you bring the following qualifications:
+ Completed commercial training with additional qualification in human resources or equivalent studies
+ Several years of experience in the personnel department, ideally in a comparable position
+ In-depth knowledge of labor, social security, and income tax law
+ Independent, structured, and reliable working style
+ Communication skills, discretion, and teamwork
+ Safe handling of MS Office, experience with ERP systems, and HR software
