HR Officer (m/f/d)

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as „HR Officer (m/f/d)“.

Responsibilities

• You manage HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring to departure
• As a point of contact, you advise managers and employees on HR-related issues
• Your responsibilities include the creation of employment contracts and other HR-related documents
• Furthermore, you maintain master employee data and digital personnel files
• You support personnel changes and assist with labor law measures
• You also create certificates, references, and other HR documents
• The coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes is also part of your area of responsibility
• In addition, you process applications for further training and qualification measures
• Finally, you take on general HR administration tasks and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements

Qualifications

• The basis is a completed commercial or HR-related apprenticeship with corresponding additional qualification or a comparable qualification with many years of professional experience in human resources
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in HR management
  You have sound knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law, social security law, and works constitution law
• Furthermore, you are proficient in using MS Office and SAP
  An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working characterizes you, as does a high degree of
• Reliability
• Negotiable German language skills complete your profile
