You will be responsible for supporting the departments and processing all personnel-related tasks in an international environment, together with our experienced Human Resources Team.

What you bring:

a completed economic education (UNI, FH, etc.) ideally with a focus on personnel management, 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of recruiting, as well as knowledge about alternative recruitment methods (active sourcing), very good English skills and routine use of common MS Office programs, high level of communication skills and social competence, self-reliant, structured, proactive work style with high service orientation and discretion, flexibility, team spirit, and personal engagement.
