Aufgaben

• Ganzheitliche Betreuung im Employee Lifecycle: You accompany our employees and executives from the first contact to professional offboarding and stand by them in all HR-relevant questions as a competent sparring partner.
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: You manage the entire search and selection process – from creating job profiles to conducting interviews and preparing contracts.
• Onboarding & Integration: You design and accompany an onboarding process that enables new team members for an optimal and motivating start.
• Mitarbeiterentwicklung & -bindung: You accompany annual feedback conversations, identify further education needs, and set measures for long-term employee satisfaction.
• Offboarding: You conduct structured exit interviews, derive valuable learnings from them, and take over the professional administrative processing (including certificate issuance).
• Gestaltungsspielraum & Prozessoptimierung: Here is your initiative required! You critically question existing HR structures, bring in your own ideas, and optimize HR processes actively (e.g., through digitalization of procedures or new approaches in employer branding).
• HR-Projekte: You take over independently responsible special projects in personnel affairs and shape the company culture actively.

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung & Praxis: You have a commercial education with further training in personnel affairs or a suitable study program completed and bring already first or more years of experience as an HR Generalist / Personalreferent (m/w/d) with.
• Erfahrung im Lifecycle: The entire Employee Lifecycle is familiar to you – you know what it's all about from entry to exit of an employee.
• Basiswissen Arbeitsrecht: You bring a solid basic understanding of common labor law topics in HR daily life. For complex special cases, there is corresponding support.
• Software & Tools: You are comfortable with MS-Office products and have ideally already worked with a modern HR software.
• Persönlichkeit mit Gestaltungsdrang: You have no taste for rigid service routes, but bring a healthy dose of pragmatism and
