Personalreferent (m/w/d)

As Personalreferent (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in our HR team. With your versatile task portfolio in personnel administration, care, and process optimization, you will make a decisive contribution to the further development of our company and the satisfaction of our employees.

Aufgaben

• Counseling and care for employees and executives on all personal, labor law, and organizational issues
• Responsibility for complete personnel administration from entry to exit, including maintenance and management of personnel files
• Independent execution of monthly salary and wage calculations taking into account all tax and social security regulations
• Preparation of employment contracts, agreements, certificates, notifications, and attestations
• Contact person for employees, health insurance companies, social security organizations, and authorities in accounting-related matters

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a business administration degree with a focus on personnel management or comparable vocational training (ideally with further education as a personnel manager)
• Multiple years of experience in the operational personnel department
• Good knowledge of labor law and common HR processes
• Communication strength, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented working style
• High level of self-initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
• Safe handling of usual MS-Office applications
• Very good knowledge in DATEV Lohn und Gehalt
• Knowledge with the personnel management system rexx systems is advantageous but not necessarily required
