InkuPlay is a modern, growing company in the field of Gaming, Creator Economy, and digital Entertainment. We connect brands with communities, develop content formats, and build digital products for an international audience. With our growth, the demand for professional, structured, and future-oriented HR processes also increases. Therefore, we are looking for a Personalreferent (m/w/d) who will comprehensively manage all personnel topics and actively develop them.

About the Position

As a Personalreferent (m/w/d) at InkuPlay, you will be responsible for the entire Employee Lifecycle – from gaining new employees to their care and development, up to offboarding and administrative personnel measures. You will structure processes, accompany leadership staff, support employees, and ensure that all HR processes are clear, efficient, and transparent.

Your role is operational, coordinative, and strategic at the same time: you will be responsible for daily HR tasks on the one hand, and actively work with us to develop InkuPlay as a professional and attractive employer on the other hand.

Tasks

1. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

You will steer the entire recruiting process for various positions:

  • Creation of appealing and legally secure job postings
  • Selection of suitable recruitment channels
  • Screening of applications and conducting initial interviews
  • Coordination of interviews and feedback processes
  • Advising management in decision-making
  • Developing our recruiting strategy and candidate experience

2. Onboarding & Integration of New Employees

You will ensure that new employees have a professional start at InkuPlay:

  • Organization and implementation of structured onboarding processes
  • Preliminary preparation of all necessary documents and access
  • Accompanying new employees in the first weeks
  • Safeguarding a warm, informative, and efficient start

3. Personnel Administration

You will take care of all administrative and organizational personnel tasks, including:

  • Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, and certificates
  • Maintenance of digital personnel records in accordance with the GDPR
  • Management of absences, leave, illness reports, and working hours
  • Preliminary preparation of data for financial accounting and payroll processing
  • Compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines
  • Maintenance and further development of HR tools and systems

4. Employee Support & Counseling

You will be the central point of contact for all personnel-related topics:

  • Counseling on employment contract, organizational, and personal matters
  • Support in conflicts or disagreements
  • Implementation and documentation of employee meetings
  • Fostering a positive work environment and good team communication
  • Mediating between employees and management where necessary

5. Collaboration with Leadership Staff

You will accompany leadership staff professionally in HR-related matters:

  • Support in personnel decisions
  • Counseling on organizational, structural, and development-specific topics
  • Coordination of development measures and training
  • Support in performance processes and goal management

6. Personnel Development & Culture Work

You will actively contribute to the further development of our company culture:

  • Planning and coordination of further education measures
  • Accompanying feedback and development processes
  • Participation in internal projects to improve working structures
  • Fostering an open, professional, and transparent team culture

7. Offboarding & Exit Processes

You will professionally accompany the end of an employment relationship:

  • Organization and documentation of offboarding
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Coordination of the return of work equipment and system access
  • Preparation of employment certificates
  • Evaluation of insights to improve internal processes

Qualification

You are a great fit for us if you:

  • have a commercial education, a degree or comparable qualification in HR with experience as a personnel officer or in a generalist HR function
  • are experienced in dealing with employees and leadership staff
  • work structured, reliable, and communicative
  • appreciate modern digital work environments and remote work
  • are willing to take responsibility and develop processes independently
  • work professionally, empathetically, and solution-oriented
  • work carefully and confidentiality is self-evident

Knowledge of labor law is welcome but not a focus of the role.
