HR Generalist (m/f/d) Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities

In the role of HR Generalist (m/f/d), you will particularly assume the following responsibilities:

• Holistic support and advice for employees and managers on HR management, labor law, and collective agreement issues
• Independent execution of operational HR processes from entry to exit, including the creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and references
• Management of the recruiting process from job advertisement through candidate selection and interviews to hiring, as well as support for structured onboarding
• Preparation and coordination of all payroll-relevant personnel changes in close cooperation with the central payroll department of the DIHAG Group
• Maintenance and control of personnel, time management, and absence data, as well as monitoring of HR-related appointments and deadlines
• Support for personnel development measures, qualifications, and company training concepts
• Processing of company absence management, including coordination and implementation of company integration management
• Trusting and constructive cooperation with the works council, as well as preparation of the required participation and information procedures
• Creation of HR statistics, analyses, and key figures, as well as participation in personnel planning
• Contribution to the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes, as well as participation in site- and group-wide HR projects

Qualifications

• You have completed commercial training with additional HR qualifications or a degree with a focus on HR, labor law, or a comparable field of study
• You have several years of professional experience in a generally oriented HR function, ideally in a manufacturing industrial or medium-sized company
• You possess sound knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law; experience with collective agreements is an advantage
• You are familiar with the operational HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle and ideally have experience working with a works council
• You work confidently with common Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Varial World PW, SAP HCM, or a comparable HR management system is an advantage
• You work carefully, independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, prioritize effectively, and maintain an overview even with parallel tasks and deadlines
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, discretion, and professional handling of confidential HR data
• You communicate reliably and appreciatively, convince with a strong service orientation, and enjoy working pragmatically and close to operational business
