Responsibilities
In the role of HR Specialist (m/f/d), you will particularly undertake the following tasks:
- Holistic support and consultation of employees and managers on personnel management, labor law, and collective agreement issues
- Independent execution of operational personnel processes from entry to exit, including the creation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and references
- Management of the recruitment process from job posting through applicant selection and interview to hiring, as well as support for structured onboarding
- Preparation and coordination of all payroll-relevant personnel changes in close cooperation with the central payroll department of the DIHAG Group
- Maintenance and control of personnel, time management, and absence data, as well as monitoring personnel-related appointments and deadlines
- Support for personnel development measures, qualifications, and company training concepts
- Processing of company absence management, including the coordination and execution of company integration management
- Trusting and constructive cooperation with the Works Council, as well as preparation of the required participation and information procedures
- Creation of personnel statistics, analyses, and key figures, as well as participation in personnel planning
- Participation in the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes, as well as in site- and group-wide personnel projects
Qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification in personnel management or a degree with a focus on HR, labor law, or a comparable field
- You have several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in a manufacturing industry or medium-sized company
- You possess sound knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law; experience in dealing with collective agreements is an advantage
- You are familiar with operational personnel processes along the entire employee lifecycle and ideally have experience working with a Works Council
- You work confidently with standard Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Varial World PW, SAP HCM, or a comparable HR management system is an advantage
- You work meticulously, independently, and in a structured, solution-oriented manner, can prioritize effectively, and maintain an overview even with parallel topics and deadlines
- You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, discretion, and a professional approach to confidential personnel data
- You communicate assertively and appreciatively, convince with a strong service orientation, and enjoy working pragmatically and close to operational business
