Your tasks: Counseling and support of a defined group of employees in all personal matters, including consultation with leadership staff in all personnel-related issues. Support in the recruitment of specialists and leadership staff, including personnel planning. Active support in the development of personnel strategies and concepts. Coordination of personnel development measures. Support in the implementation of personnel measures. Your responsibilities: Confidentiality and discretion in all matters. Compliance with company policies and guidelines. Your qualifications: University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Several years of experience in personnel work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with HR software and systems.
