• Human resources work throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
• Conducting and managing recruiting (e.g., creating job descriptions, publishing, screening candidates, applicant communication)
• Advising and supporting employees and managers in all HR-related matters
• Creating regular reports and supporting the preparation of decision-making bases
• Further developing our HR management system, including configuring workflows and advancing skills and learning management (Key User)
• Revising policies and procedural instructions
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with legal, internal, and regulatory requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a certified HR specialist (m/f/d) or a business administration degree with a focus on human resources
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner; experience in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Proficient in using HR management systems, ideally rexx Systems, and MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Enthusiasm and passion for a family-run, medium-sized company where you can actively contribute
