We develop sustainable, up-to-date event experiences – and behind it stands a strong team. As Personalreferent:in, you are responsible for central HR processes from recruiting to onboarding and deployment planning and are an important interface between employees, operations and management.

Aufgaben

• Recruiting:
  • Creation and publication of job postings on relevant platforms
  • Candidate management including screening, pre-selection and communication
  • Organization and conduct of interviews
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool for short-term and future deployments

• Personalbetreuung & -pflege:
  • Contact person for employees on personal matters
  • Maintenance and updating of personnel records and HR data
  • Support in creating employment contracts, additional agreements and certifications
  • Recording and control of working hours and absences

• Personaleinsatzplanung:
  • Coordination and planning of personnel deployments for our events
  • Synchronization with project leadership, kitchen leadership and team responsible persons
  • Ensuring the availability and readiness of our teams
  • Communication of all deployment-relevant information to employees

• Onboarding:
  • Organization and conduct of structured onboarding processes
  • Integration of new employees into workflows, standards and systems
  • Introduction to internal tools and processes
  • Accompanying new team members during their first deployments

• Administrative Aufgaben & HR-Projekte:
  • Support in preparing the payroll
  • Maintenance and evaluation of personnel and HR key figures
  • Management and maintenance of our HR software and planning tools
  • Participation in developing and optimizing our HR processes

Qualifikation

• Abschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
• Erste Erfahrung im Personalwesen, Recruiting or in a comparable position
• Idealere Erfahrung in der Catering-, Event- oder Gastronomiebranche
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick and Diskretion
• Hands-on-Mentalität and Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit HR-Tools ist ein Plus
