Job description

Tasks

Your tasks

  • As Personalreferent*in, you are responsible for implementing personnel strategies and processes in the departments assigned to you.
  • You advise and support leadership staff and employees in a solution-oriented manner in all personnel-related matters and conduct corresponding personnel conversations.
  • In addition, you are responsible for accompanying on- and offboarding, as well as creating contract documents, including preparing salary and remuneration calculations.
  • You bring your creative and fresh ideas actively into the existing personnel team and shape with your colleagues effective structures and processes.

Qualification

Your profile

  • You are qualified by a completed degree in the field of personnel management, HR management, or a comparable qualification in personnel affairs.
  • In addition, you bring experience from similar positions.
  • You are proficient in MS-Office and have knowledge of remuneration calculation programs.
  • Analytical thinking, numerical affinity, as well as structured, self-reliant, and communicative working habits with developed communication skills round out your profile.
