Our office
The office with around 80 colleagues is located directly at the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station and the Neuköllner Schifffahrtskanal. Our spacious terrace invites you not only to a relaxed lunch in the sun - here, meetings or team events can take place in the summer.
Tasks
Your impact
- As a personnel referent, you will be responsible for implementing personnel strategies and processes in the departments assigned to you.
- You will advise and support leadership figures and employees according to the concept of complementary leadership in all personal matters and lead corresponding personnel conversations.
- You will also be responsible for accompanying on- and offboarding, creating contract documents, as well as preparing salary and wage calculations.
- You will bring creative and fresh ideas into the existing personnel team and shape effective structures and processes with your colleagues.
Qualification
Your profile
- You are qualified by a completed degree in the field of personnel management, HR management, or a comparable qualification in personnel affairs.
- You already have experience in similar positions.
- You are proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of salary calculation programs.
- Analytical thinking, numerical affinity, as well as structured, self-reliant, and communicative working habits with developed communication skills round out your profile.
