For our location in Halle (Westf.), we are looking for you to strengthen our team as a full-time Personalreferent (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• You are the first point of contact and competent representative (m/w/d) for our employees and management staff in all personnel-related and labor law questions.
• You conduct consultation, employee and conflict talks and lead targeted measures from them.
• You represent our company at various recruiting events such as job fairs or speed dating.
• You work closely with external partners like law firms, authorities and agencies.
• You optimize our processes together with the HR team.
• You take responsibility for diverse HR projects, e.g. in the areas of employer branding, digitalization, vocational training or personnel development.

Qualifikation

• You can present a completed degree program with a focus on personnel or a commercial education with further training in the personnel sector (e.g. personnel clerk (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideal would be 1-2 years of work experience in human resources.
• You want to leave your own mark and develop the personnel department together with us.
• You are passionate about HR, have your heart and head in the right place and want the best for our employees.
• Discretion, independent working and a structured work style are self-evident for you.
