We are looking for you! Together with our customer from Braunschweig, we are seeking a full-time (40 weekly hours) Personal Referent m/w/d for direct placement.
The gross monthly salary is approximately € 4,000.00 - € 4,800.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
Our customer is an enterprise that belongs to the largest manufacturers in the chemical industry and operates both nationally and internationally.

Your field of activity: Counseling and support of employees and executives in labor law and personnel matters
Preliminary preparation, implementation, and follow-up of personnel and labor law measures (from entry to exit and accompaniment of restructuring)
Supporting the entire recruitment process
Collaboration with the works council
Handling administrative tasks
Taking over and participating in projects in the personnel department
Ideal candidates bring:
A completed economic degree or a comparable commercial education with a focus on personnel
Professional experience in the personnel department
Good knowledge of labor law and company law
Good English skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
Knowledge of REXX or other personnel information software is advantageous
Communication and team skills, analytical thinking, and quick comprehension ability
A structured, meticulous, and self-responsible working style
