Aufgaben

• Betrayal of personnel development as well as organization and accompaniment of training measures
• Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel-relevant documents
• Participation in the further development and implementation of modern HR processes and
  -instruments
• Organization of personnel events
• Steering and implementation of the entire recruitment process – from job posting to onboarding
• Organization and conduct of measures and events of BGM

Qualifikation

• Study in the field of personnel management, business administration or a completed vocational training with HR further education
• Professional experience in human resources, ideally in a mid-sized company
• Fundamental knowledge of modern HR tools and safe handling in MS Office
• Communication strength, discretion, and a high degree of self-initiative
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and a secure, friendly demeanor
