Tasks

Your Impact

As a Personalreferent at Actura, you will take on diverse projects and interim assignments at various organizations in the healthcare sector and support senior management in operational and strategic challenges.

This means:

Independent responsibility for all personnel-related and labor law issues

Accompanying sensitive employee and leadership topics

Ensuring professional and service-oriented HR care

Steering and implementing project-specific personnel measures

Accompanying change processes, optimizing, and introducing modern HR structures

Qualification

What convinces us

Degree in economics, law, psychology or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on personnel or training with several years of professional experience

Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function or as a Personalreferent

Readiness for project-based and temporary assignments at customer companies

In-depth knowledge of labor and company law

Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with hands-on mentality

Highly developed process orientation, implementation strength, and service mentality
