Personal Referent (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen mit DATEV
Betreuung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragen
Pflege der Personalstammdaten und Überwachung von Zeitkonten, Fehlzeiten und Urlaubsansprüchen
Erstellung von Auswertungen und Bescheinigungen
Unterstützung bei abrechnungsnahen Projekten und in der Personaladministration

Qualifikation

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie Personalbetreuung
Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Lohn und Gehalt
Sorgfältige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
