Personalreferent (mIwId)

We are looking for several Personalreferents to strengthen our team. Our client is a successful trading company with a global network of suppliers.

Location: Metropolregion Rhein-Ruhr (mobile work possible) I Start date after personal availability

Tasks

• Administration of working time and leave accounts in the time-tracking system

• Preparation of employment contract documents, certificates, and maintenance of personnel files

• Counseling of employees and management staff on accounting and labor law topics

• Communication with health insurance companies/government agencies and conducting the notification and certification process

• Data preparation for accounting as well as checking and implementing legal changes

Qualification

• Economic education and several years of experience in payroll/HR administration

• Good knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law

• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll systems (ideal: SAP HCM, P&I Loga)

• High service orientation, self-initiative, and independent working style

• Teamwork, reliability, stress tolerance, and strong stakeholder management

• Interest in digital HR transformation and advanced problem-solving skills
