Responsibilities

Your Role:

We are looking for someone who understands recruiting not as a secondary task, but as the core of HR work. Every application begins with a first impression, and you shape that impression. As an HR Officer (m/f/d) with a Focus on Recruiting, you will be the central point of contact for everyone interested in the Manzke Group, thereby significantly shaping how our company is perceived.

• From job posting to offer, the entire applicant management process is in your hands, including selecting suitable channels for open positions.
• You conduct and support interviews and, together with the specialist departments, select the right candidates.
• For a successful start, you plan and support the onboarding of new employees.
• You will represent the Manzke Group at trade fairs and recruiting events.
• You will help build and continuously develop strategic personnel planning.
• Beyond recruiting, you will be involved in other HR areas such as personnel development and training.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

Completed degree or vocational training with a focus on HR or comparable professional experience in recruiting

• Experience in independently conducting job interviews
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Proficient in using applicant management systems and HR software
• Structured, independent work style
• Experience in the building materials or construction industry is desirable
